Fees and Insurance

I am in network for Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am out of network for other insurance plans but can provide a superbill for reimbursement. My fee without insurance is $150 per hour.
​Clients are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles. Please contact your insurance provider to clarify coverage, as plan provisions can affect your expense.

Cancellation Policy

 

Once an appointment is scheduled, clients are responsible for attending, rescheduling, or canceling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur an $80 late cancellation fee, except in cases of emergency or sudden illness. This fee is due by the following appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a review of your treatment plan.
